No Breakdown Guarantee covers the cost of a return visit and diagnostic if the previously repaired system fails. Any unrelated issues, new system failures, or components not previously repaired may be billed separately unless otherwise covered under the Lifetime Warranty.
Same-Day Service Guarantee applies to service calls booked before 12:00 PM local time and is subject to technician availability and weather or access conditions. If same-day service cannot be provided, the dispatch/diagnostic fee will be waived and the customer will be prioritized for the next available business day.
