Air Titans, LLC ("Air Titans," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our online forms, our text-messaging (SMS/MMS) program, phone calls, email, and any other interaction where we collect information from you.

By using our website, submitting a form, calling us, or opting in to our text-messaging program, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide to us directly. Name, service address, billing address, email address, mobile and landline phone numbers, HVAC system details, appointment details, membership enrollment information, payment card or ACH information (processed by our payment processor), and any information you include in messages, forms, or reviews.

Information collected automatically when you use our website. IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, pages viewed, time on site, and general location derived from IP. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement.

Information from third parties. Lead sources (for example, Thumbtack, Google, Facebook, Angi, or referral partners), our field-service platform (ServiceTitan), our review platforms, and credit or financing partners you choose to use.

Text-messaging (SMS/MMS) information. Your mobile phone number, the date and time of your consent, the opt-in method you used, the campaign you consented to, message content, and delivery status.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Schedule, dispatch, perform, and follow up on HVAC service, installation, maintenance, and indoor-air-quality work.
  • Provide estimates, invoices, warranty documentation, and financing options.
  • Administer your annual membership, including renewals, reminders, and cancellations.
  • Send appointment confirmations, technician-on-the-way notifications, and other service communications.
  • Send marketing communications where you have separately opted in.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website and our services.

3. SMS / Text-Messaging Program

Air Titans offers separate text-messaging categories: (a) transactional and service messages (appointment confirmations, technician-on-the-way, invoices, and membership service communications), and (b) marketing messages (promotions, seasonal offers, and reactivation). Consent to one category is not consent to the other.

Consent. You opt in through one of the following methods: checking the marketing-SMS consent checkbox on a form on our website (not pre-checked, and not required to submit the form), texting the applicable keyword to our published number, replying "YES" to a confirmation message, or providing verbal or written consent captured by our team.

Frequency. Message frequency varies.

HELP. Reply HELP to any Air Titans text message, or contact us at chris@airtitans.com, for help.

Opt-out. You can cancel our SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to any Air Titans message. After we receive "STOP," we will send one confirmation and will not send additional messages in that program unless you opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and SMS consent — non-sharing.


No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.


Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-messaging services who help us deliver the messages you have requested.



We will not sell, rent, transfer, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or SMS consent with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only in the limited ways described below:

  • Service providers we use to run the business, such as our field-service software (ServiceTitan), scheduling and CRM tools, payment processor, financing partners you choose to use, hosting and analytics providers, email provider, and our SMS aggregator and messaging platform. These providers are contractually restricted to using the information only to provide services to us.
  • Professional advisors, such as our attorneys, accountants, and insurance carriers.
  • Legal and safety reasons, including to comply with law, subpoena, or lawful government request, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Air Titans, our customers, or the public.
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the commitments in this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics (for example, Google Analytics), and advertising measurement (for example, Google Ads and Meta pixels). We use reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

  • Marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us at chris@airtitans.com.
  • Marketing SMS. Reply STOP to any Air Titans marketing text.
  • Access, correction, or deletion. Contact us at chris@airtitans.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements.
  • Do Not Call. We honor state and federal Do Not Call requests for our marketing calls.

Florida residents and other U.S. state residents may have additional rights under applicable state law; we honor those rights to the extent required.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to homeowners and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
