Air Titans Pro, LLC – Terms & Conditions
Effective: June 4th, 2025
Applies to: Residential HVAC services provided by Air Titans Pro, LLC, Tampa, FL.

These terms and conditions govern the guarantees and warranties offered by Air Titans Pro, LLC, an HVAC Service & Repair Company located in Tampa, FL. By utilizing our services, customers agree to these terms.

1. Lifetime Parts & Labor Warranty – Terms

We provide a lifetime warranty on both the specific parts and the associated labor for components replaced by Air Titans Pro, LLC. This warranty is contingent upon the customer's approval and completion of all recommended repairs and system improvements deemed necessary by our certified technicians to ensure the complete and proper functioning and longevity of the HVAC system.

  • What’s Covered:
    • Specific parts directly replaced by Air Titans Pro, LLC during a paid service visit.
    • The labor directly associated with the replacement of those covered parts.
    • Potential future repairs or replacements of the same covered parts, performed free of charge, under the conditions outlined below.


  • Conditions to Qualify and Maintain Coverage:
    • Approval of All Recommended Repairs: The customer must approve and have Air Titans Pro, LLC perform all recommended repairs identified by our technicians that are essential for the overall health, proper function, and integrity of the HVAC system. Failure to address and complete all such identified necessary companion repairs at the time of the initial service visit or as subsequently recommended will void the lifetime warranty on the parts and labor associated with the initially replaced components.
    • Performed by Air Titans Pro, LLC: All covered repairs must be performed by Air Titans Pro, LLC technicians. Any work, repair, or alteration attempted or completed by anyone other than an authorized Air Titans Pro, LLC technician will void this warranty.
    • Routine Maintenance: The HVAC system must receive regular, annual preventative maintenance performed by Air Titans Pro, LLC, or another licensed HVAC contractor, in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Proof of such maintenance (e.g., invoices, service records) must be retained by the customer and provided upon request. Failure to perform or document routine maintenance will void this warranty.
    • Residential Systems & Service Area: This warranty applies only to residential HVAC systems located within Air Titans Pro, LLC’s standard service area in the Tampa Bay region and surrounding serviceable areas, and Orlando plus surrounding serviceable areas and only to the specific unit at the original installation address.


  • What’s Not Covered:
    • Failures or damages caused by neglect, misuse, improper operation, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or external factors such as weather events (e.g., lightning, floods), pest intrusion, electrical surges, vandalism, or accidents.
    • Parts, components, or entire systems not originally serviced or replaced by Air Titans Pro, LLC.
    • Any issues arising from or exacerbated by a failure to approve initially recommended repairs.
    • Refrigerant, filters, humidifier pads, UV lamps, batteries, or other consumable items.
    • Damage to property or other parts of the HVAC system not directly caused by the covered component failure or Air Titans Pro's workmanship.


  • Important Considerations:
    • Definition of "Lifetime": This warranty is valid for the operational life of the specific part(s) and associated labor replaced by Air Titans Pro, LLC, as long as the unit remains installed in its original location and under the original ownership for which the service was performed. This warranty is generally non-transferable.
    • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the replaced parts and our labor only. It does not cover the entire HVAC system or parts not replaced by Air Titans Pro, LLC.


  • Example:
    If an Air Titans Pro, LLC technician diagnoses a failing capacitor and determines that its failure was caused by a faulty contactor, both the capacitor and the contactor must be approved and replaced by Air Titans Pro, LLC to qualify for the lifetime warranty on both components. If only the capacitor is replaced, and it subsequently fails again due to the unaddressed contactor issue, the lifetime warranty will not apply to the capacitor.

2. Comprehensive No Breakdown Guarantee – Terms
The "Comprehensive No Breakdown Guarantee" is offered to customers who approve and allow Air Titans Pro, LLC to perform all recommended repairs and system improvements identified by our certified technicians at the time of service to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of their HVAC unit. If, after such comprehensive repairs, the unit subsequently breaks down, Air Titans Pro, LLC will return to diagnose the issue at no additional charge.

What’s Included (for qualifying breakdowns):

  • No service call fee.
  • No diagnostic charge for identifying the cause of the breakdown.
  • Priority scheduling for follow-up visits to address the problem promptly.

Conditions for Guarantee:

  • This guarantee applies only if all initial recommended repairs and system improvements identified by our technicians were approved and completed by Air Titans Pro, LLC at the time of the original service.
  • This guarantee covers the service call and diagnostic fee for any subsequent breakdown of the repaired unit.
  • If the breakdown requires new parts or additional labor for a different or new issue, those may be billed separately unless already covered under the Lifetime Parts & Labor Warranty.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Breakdowns caused by neglect, misuse, improper operation, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or external factors such as severe weather, pest intrusion, electrical surges, vandalism, or accidents.
  • This guarantee covers the diagnostic visit but does not automatically cover the cost of repairs for new or unrelated issues unless those specific components are covered by our Lifetime Parts & Labor Warranty.

3. Same Day Service Guarantee – Terms

Air Titans Pro, LLC is committed to providing prompt service to our customers.

  • Guarantee Details:
    • We guarantee same-day service for appointments booked before 8:00 PM (20:00 EST) local time.
    • Our technicians will make reasonable efforts to arrive on the same day for calls booked before the cutoff time, subject to availability.
  • If the Guarantee is Not Met:
    • If you book your appointment before 8:00 PM and we are unable to dispatch a technician to your location on the same day, your standard service call fee for that visit will be waived.
    • For calls received at or after 8:00 PM, if we cannot dispatch a technician to your location that night, your service call fee for the following day's visit will be waived, and your appointment will be prioritized.


  • Conditions & Exclusions:
    • This guarantee applies to residential addresses within Air Titans Pro, LLC’s standard serviceable radius in the Tampa Bay area as well as Orlando area.
    • Excludes severe weather conditions (e.g., hurricanes, major storms), widespread utility outages, major holidays, or other circumstances beyond Air Titans Pro, LLC’s reasonable control (force majeure events).
    • While we strive for same-day resolution, the guarantee applies to the dispatch of a technician for diagnosis and initial assessment, not necessarily to the completion of all repairs, which may depend on part availability or extensive work.

General Provisions

  • Payment Terms: All services, parts, and labor, unless covered by a valid warranty or guarantee as outlined above, are due in full upon completion of the service.
  • Limitation of Liability: Air Titans Pro, LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or property damage) arising out of or in connection with the services provided, except where prohibited by law.
  • Accuracy of Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their HVAC system and its issues.
  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
  • Right to Modify: Air Titans Pro, LLC reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
